How they Work - Building
Cordell Residential Valuer is an expert system that prompts users to provide a broad range of general information about a residential building and then interprets this information to produce a dynamic elemental cost model of the building.
The system references Reed Construction Data's extensive building cost databases developed over the past 35 years, to provide the user with an up-to-the-minute total building replacement cost estimate report.
The process starts with the user being asked a series of simple questions, these questions include:-
Postcode?
- Period of construction?
- Construction standard?
- Slope of land?
- How many levels are in the building?
